Salesforce introduces Marketing GPT and Commerce GPTpowered by the Salesforce Data Cloud and the Einstein GPT generative AI assistant, to enhance its Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud services.
Marketing GPT uses natural language prompts and AI-driven segment intelligence to improve the creation, delivery and analysis of personalized campaigns. Commerce GPT translates product descriptions for different audiences, with a focus on improving personalized shopping experiences. Available in summer 2023, these products reflect Salesforce’s increased focus on putting AI at the core of its services.
